Who Is Pascal Bergeron

Hello Everyone  I’m Pascal Bergeron and thanks for stopping by to visit.This is my first post on what will be my new place of communication. I decided to create this site to share my knowledge of computers and the internet and how you can use it simplify your life  also to  allow readers to interact and comment.For those of you who don’t know me my name is Pascal Bergeron and I call Hollywood Florida my home. I was born in Victoriaville QC Canada in 1979. My parents later moved to Florida a short time after looking for a better life and warmer weather.

Growing up I attended Hollywood Central Elemantary, Olsen Middle and South Broward High School. I met alot of great friends along the way over the years. I would have to say that my years at South Broward were some the best years. I would later attend a small private business school and worked part time at my parents business. I would later work full time and run the buisness.

This is also where I met my wife Nikiah Taswell in 2001. We would later get married in 2007. We are still happily married and have 5 kids. I am lucky to have such a great family.

In 2008 I learned abiut the internet  and it changed my life in more ways then I could ever imagine. It has given my the free time to enjoy my life and family as well as the financial independence to do things that I could only dream about before. Now I enjoy teaching ways to improve your situation  online to my family and friends.

Brain Power Food

It is already the second month of the year  time flying by again . If you haven’t already you should ask your self are you any better than you were last month financially, relationship wise and health wise? These are all areas in our life that If we don’t pay attention to them we will never improve. So what can you do to improve these areas? The answer is simple keep learning and educating your self, its not hard when is the last time you read a book to learn something new? It is so easy these days to get a hold of materials online , see my eyes are pretty bad so I get all of my books in the audible version and download them to my phone or ipod and every day for like 30 minutes I get my education on. When you do this it is like a magic switch ideas just start flowing. All of my money making projects have come from some kind of material that I was listening to or reading!


The Trick is to record all of your ideas so you don’t forget them and so you can go back and review them later. So as soon as an idea comes to your head you can write it down or the way I do it is I email it to myself and later when I’m reviwing my emails I file it in the appropriate folder that I have made. My set up looks like this I have a folder for Ideas and then I create folders for what ever projects I’m working on. Start doing this and once a week go back and read through all of the ideas , you will feel so energized when doing this and don’t be suprised when you produce more good ideas when reading over them.

I also write an email to myself every mornung with a summary of the previous day’s events and file those in a folder named journel. You will be suprised and how much fun it can be to reread this month’s down the road, and again this will stimulate more good ideas.
If you have an iphone I like to use Jott which is an app that at a push of a button a say my good idea and it sends me an email with my voice translated to text, Since I always have my phone there isn’t a good idea that is not recorded. If you don’t have an iphone a little notebook and pen will do just fine.Which ever method you use the key for this to work is discipline to remember to do it. If you follow these methods I promise you that your brain will be flowing with endless good ideas and it only takes One to make a fortune!

How To Get Organized Online By Pascal Bergeron

Over the years I Pascal Bergeron have came across many different online tools and programs that I now use on daily basis to keep my crazy life organized .These tools have made me super efficient. So lets take a look at my system.

Web-browser

For my web-browser I use Firefox.I use them because the-plug-ins available are just awesome and this browser is so fast and the best of all no pop-up ads.

Email

I switched over to Gmail for my email provider this is hands down the best email provider out there its so simple to use and works great on my iphone. The great thing is that you can keep getting emails from your old provider directly to your new gmail account.

Task/Calander

I also use Google calander which I use to keep track of all important things I need to remember. I works great with the task feature which is like a to list I use this to plan out my days this is my boss and is what I follow to get things done that day

Google Reader

I use this to save myself endless time every day. What it does is displays all the news and events in one place from the sites that I entered into the feed. So for example I have added the Sun Sentinel,Miami Herald,CNN, TMZ,Espn what the reader does does is grabs all of the story titles from those sites and displays them for me in one place. If I see a title that interest me I click on it and it takes me to the original story.

Integrated Gmail

This is just the bomb it is a plug in for your Firefox browser that  displays my Emails,Calender,Task and google reader all in the same page this is just priceless

Google Documents

With your gmail account you get access to a free word processor,spreadsheet and a presentation software. All of these to me are just as good as Microsoft word and excel the do the trick. The best part is you save your work online you can even share your work with others who have gmail. So if you have access to the internet you can always acces your documents.

Evernote

This is a free site the I use to store online any important documents,pictures scans etc. what is cool about this site is that any words on the document can be used to search for it. For example you can send a business card to evernote and later all I have to do is type the company name on that card and it will show up. Its like a big online filing cabinet. This is great for organizing your ideas. Whenever I get an idea I email it to evernote and it automatically goes to a idea folder then a couple times a month I set aside some time and go back and read all of the good ideas I have had.

Fujitsu ScanSnap Mobile Scanner

I use this to scan everything in my life so that I have a paperless life. This also serves as my fax machine I take every where I go and it fits right in my computer bag.

Jott

I use this to call in things to my calander .I just call a number say the date time event and like magic it gets enetered into the calander. I also use it to call in emails I just state the name in my adress book speak the email and the email gets sent.

Making It Work

What you have to do is find a system that works for you and you have to stick with the system, My system is as follows when ever something of important comes up I send my self an email about it. Then I have a rule about email the box must always be empty so when ever I check my emails I take the appropriate action. For example lets say I need new ac filters at home I would of sent an email and when I read that email I add that to my Google task list. Or If I get a good idea I send myself an email and later when I read it I either set up a task to get that idea to happen or I forward it to my evernote account.This allows me to be super efficient and never forget anything!
